Standard Cooperation Process for Private Label OEM
Submit the trademark certificate and business license. The factory verifies trademark compliance, completes the filing of entrusted processing information, and confirms the entrusting party and origin labeling required for the packaging.
Select the corresponding products from the mature beer base portfolio, including classic craft beer, fruit beer, 0-sugar low-calorie beer, hyaluronic acid beer, oyster peptide beer, and medicinal-food homology wellness series. Multiple samples are sent free of charge to confirm the taste and alcohol-by-volume specifications.
Select from five packaging categories as required: cans / glass bottles / aluminum bottles / tinplate kegs / PET kegs, and determine the single-bottle capacity and requirements for outer gift-box packaging.
Two options are available: ① The customer provides its own trademark design, and the factory checks the label for compliance; ② The factory provides basic typesetting, incorporates the customer's trademark, and conducts a unified review of the ingredient list, nutrition facts, and entrusted-processing wording to avoid penalties from market regulators. For foreign trade private label orders, multilingual export label compliance reviews are also provided.
Production begins after the label artwork is finalized. The 16 fully automatic intelligent production lines support flexible production, with 36 intelligent quality inspection procedures to ensure stable beer and packaging quality for every batch.
Finished products are stored in temperature-controlled smart warehouses. Domestic orders are shipped by full truckload or express delivery; foreign trade orders are supported with a complete process covering commodity inspection, customs declaration, and ocean freight.
