Delays in beer OEM projects are not accidental; they are a signal. They often do not result from a sudden production line shutdown or a supplier failing to deliver at the last minute. Instead, they develop from a casual “close enough” during formula confirmation, to a request to “make one more revision” after packaging proofing, followed by repeated confirmations before the filling schedule is finalized. These seemingly minor deviations are like bubbles in beer: as pressure builds, they eventually push the cap off the bottle.
