Yanjing Beer’s Danjiangkou Base Begins Initial Trial Feeding, with Phase I Capacity of 300,000 Tonnes
Oct 23, 2026

On October 15, 2026, Yanjing Beer Danjiangkou Co., Ltd. held its first trial ingredient-loading ceremony. The project is located in the Shu Du Industrial Park in Danjiangkou City and is a key industrial project in Hubei Province, with Phase I capacity of 300,000 tonnes. This first trial ingredient loading marks a substantive step forward in Yanjing Beer’s production capacity expansion in Central China and supports further improvement of its nationwide supply chain system.

To understand this development, it is important to distinguish between the first trial ingredient loading and the stable ramp-up of production capacity. The first trial ingredient loading is an important milestone in moving the project toward actual production, but it does not mean that the full Phase I capacity of 300,000 tonnes has already been converted into actual output. The development of subsequent supply capacity will still depend on production operations and the pace at which capacity is brought online.

For regional supply, the Danjiangkou facility could serve as an additional production and supply hub in Central China. If production proceeds steadily and is coordinated with regional orders and delivery arrangements, the facility may create conditions for Yanjing Beer to optimize its supply organization and improve regional delivery flexibility. The actual impact will also depend on product supply arrangements, service coverage, and capacity utilization.

Going forward, it will be worth monitoring the project’s transition from trial ingredient loading to stable production, as well as how the new capacity is integrated into the existing supply system. Compared with the Phase I capacity figure itself, these developments will better indicate the Danjiangkou facility’s actual contribution to regional supply and the nationwide supply chain.
